This workshop is ideal for businesses, schools, charities and any organisation that needs support with wellbeing in the workplace. A healthy workforce performs better and acknowledging stress and how it’s a normal part of the day to day life ultimately prevents sickness absence.

  • Empowering people to take control of their own stress levels
  • Nipping stress in the bud to ensure a healthy work/life balance is maintained
  • Sleep management
  • Noticing negative and unhelpful thoughts
  • Ensuring we have a good balance in our behaviours
  • Mindfulness
  • Lots of practical tips and strategies
All these topics are based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Techniques are evidence-based and have been shown to be effective through research.
